In Memoriam Gifts
Commemorate your life and/or the life of a loved one by requesting donations be made to Braille House at the passing.
We can assist in making this simple and easy at this sad time through:
- In Memoriam Donation Envelopes: In memoriam donation envelopes are available on request. We will make these available at a funeral, wake, church or other commemorative services where people may choose to make a donation to Braille House. The donation envelopes can then be collected and sent to us, or your guests can mail them to us directly. To request donation envelopes please contact Braille House on 07 3848 5257 or by email.
- In Memoriam Donation Form: You can download our specially designed In Memoriam Donation Form and print it yourself and send it in to Braille House.
- Contact Braille House Directly: If you would prefer to phone us and make your donation, please contact us on 07 3848 5257, by email or fill in the form below and click Submit.
All donations over $2 are tax deductible and a tax receipt will be issued for each gift made.
