Braille for Print Users Course

We offer a Certificate Course of instruction in Unified English Braille. This course is specifically for print users who wish to learn braille but do not need to learn braille by touch.

To register your interest in the next Braille for Print Users Course please call Braille House on 07 3848 5257 or email including your contact details and preferred days to attend. Cost of the course includes the manual which each student keeps for their own reference when the course is completed.

Tactual Maps

QBWA produces a range of Tactual Maps and diagrams from original data, on swell paper in either A4 or A3 format.

We have a library of reproducible maps of various town CBDs in Queensland, some schools, universities and shopping centres, floor plans of particular buildings or conference venues, the Cultural Centre South Bank, the Queen Street Mall, Railway System and Buzway networks and, on the larger scale, parts of South-East Asia. Also available is a braille Directory of the suburbs of Brisbane.
